Summary
Join Salsify, a leading commerce infrastructure company, and become a Software Engineer. Contribute to the development and improvement of our Product Experience Management (PXM) platform used by major global brands. Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial software development experience
- A command of one or more server-side languages (most of our back-end was built with Ruby)
- Experience building consumer-facing applications in a SaaS or product-based company, specializing in back-end development
- Experience with contemporary frameworks, build tools, and testing tools
- A drive to build scalable and performant applications
- An interest in exchanging ideas around building robust, secure, maintainable software
- Comfort providing and receiving feedback on implementation ideas
- Experience working as part of a distributed team
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-grade software using technologies such as Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Develop and launch new features that drive customer business value, engagement, and satisfaction
- Work closely with product managers and UX designers to implement innovative solutions
- Share expertise through tech talks and engineering affinity groups
- Contribute to the success of a fast-growing company
