Backend Engineer (Mid Level)

Summary

Requirements

• Have experience with Git (GitHub)
• Have experience with Python (msgspec, httpx, pydantic, fastapi, structlog, sqlalchemy, alembic, jinja2, pytest, ruff, mypy)
• Have experience with Mypy (or other static type checkers)
• Have experience with REST APIs
• Have experience with Relational Databases (Postgres)
• Have experience with Docker (and docker-compose)
• Have experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, STEP Functions)
• Have fluent spoken and written English
• Have the permanent right to work in the UK or EU without requiring visa sponsorship
