Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within the software development industry
• Strong technical background, with expertise in software engineering and development methodologies
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strong Java knowledge
• Strong knowledge of working distributed systems using technology like graphQL
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Ideally Azure)
• Working with Salesforce knowledge would be a bonus
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Drive the growth and development of our team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them reach their full potential
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project goals, requirements, and timelines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and practices, driving excellence and efficiency across the team
