Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within the software development industry
• Strong technical background, with expertise in software engineering and development methodologies
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong Java knowledge
• Strong knowledge of working distributed systems using technology like GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Ideally Azure)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering team
• Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions for clients
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Working with Salesforce knowledge would be a bonus
