Responsibilities
- Lead a team building sophisticated event-driven microservices with real-world impact
- Work as a servant leader, coach, and contributor in a team that emphasizes high-quality output using infrastructure as code, observability, monitoring, and automated testing across all environments, including production
- Mentor and lead a team of .NET backend engineers while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Oversee the entire software stack, including supporting infrastructure, throughout the entire software lifecycle - from inception through production to decommissioning under a DevOps culture
- Champion continuous delivery, testing, and observability as first-order concerns in development
