Back-End or Full-Stack Software Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• Have 2+ years experience building web applications and APIs, as well as working with a relational database
• Possess a strong "product-sense": understand the business, stakeholders, and customers and deliver code with appropriate scope and quality
• Demonstrate ownership and high standards: design and develop significant new systems, think ahead, ask for help when needed, and take initiative to fix problems
• Show dedication to learn quickly: quickly learn the stack and tackle new challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized projects for the benefit of veterinarians and pet-parents
• Work on Medication Pouching for All: Solve storefront and operational challenges to make pouches available to all customers
• Work on Prepping Med Orders from Clinic Appointments: Prepare medication orders and recommendations for pet parents after vet visits
• Work on Faster, Better, Safer Order Fulfillment: Improve processes to streamline fulfillment and prescription outreach while maintaining or improving quality control

Preferred Qualifications

Possess skills in Javascript, Typescript, React, and Next.js
