Requirements

• Have at least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development on a large scale, using modern programming languages, frameworks and technologies with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance
• Be fluent in English
• Have a growth mindset
• Have exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

• Have excellent analytical skills and a good relationship with data. Let data inform and confirm your decisions

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and optimize scalable solutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Utilize a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity and measure the impact of initiatives
• Understand the business context and problems holistically, zooming into specific problems to solve them considering the whole picture
• Lead projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members around you and fostering a culture of innovation via operational excellence
• Build new products and features from conception to launch, starting from an MVP and thinking in increments instead of striving for perfection from day one
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, security and technology infrastructure
• Keep a high quality bar and never compromising

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience with working on a Growth Engineering team
• Have experience with Typescript, Ruby on Rails, React, NextJS, Vercel, AWS, headless CMS and serverless architecture
