Requirements

• Work efficiently in a remote setting during an 8-hour day shift, ensuring overlap with core hours (9 AM to 2 PM PT)
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Advance the product's capabilities by building and refining features that directly impact users
• Deliver reliable and scalable software solutions, reviewing and improving existing code and designing new features with fault tolerance and efficiency
• Integrate industry best practices into workflows by researching new methodologies and sharing insights with the team
• Systematically enhance the product's availability by applying distributed systems best practices, identifying potential issues, and developing robust solutions
• Collaborate closely with other engineers across infrastructure, infosec, and other domains to build a strong technical foundation

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience in regulated, fault-intolerant industries
• Have experience in developing consumer-facing products in environments requiring high reliability and fault tolerance
• Be familiar with collaboration and development tools commonly used in remote work environments
