Backend Software Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant majors
• Excellent programming skills in C++/Golang, debugging and optimization skills in general purpose programming languages
• Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system, including recall/ranking/relevance modules
• Participate in the development and iteration of Ads models
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and product strategy & operation teams to define product strategy and features

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge in one of the following areas: large-scale distributed system, backend service, machine learning, full stack
• Industry experience in one of the following domains: Search Infra, Ads Infra, Recommendation System, ML Infra
• Good understanding in one of the following domains: Online Advertising System, Ads Delivery System, Search Engine
• Good collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
