Summary

Join Qonto as a Backend Team Lead to craft polished user experiences, highly scalable APIs, and robust banking services. Contribute directly to product development and team growth while leading a team of 3 to 5 backend engineers in a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Team player: Have excellent communication skills to diffuse knowledge and align people
• Experience: Strong experience as a software engineer with exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
• Languages: Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build your own team: Manage a team of 3 to 5 Backend Engineers, provide regular feedback, foster growth, build a collaborative culture, and conduct interviews
• Drive the delivery: Work with leads to define vision and strategy, drive delivery to meet business objectives, establish best engineering practices, and ensure high quality
• Be hands-on: Design, build, test, document, run, review, and maintain code in Golang, Python, or Ruby
