Summary

Join BackerKit's Backer Support team as a remote-first employee providing exceptional support to crowdfunding backers and creators primarily through email. You will manage a high volume of inquiries while maintaining quality and responsiveness. This role requires understanding BackerKit's ecosystem, developing product knowledge, and identifying trends to improve processes. You will provide insights to the product team and constantly seek ways to improve support. The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail-oriented, proactive, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to crowdfunding backers and creators primarily through email
  • Understand and support the entire BackerKit echo system starting from Crowdfunding by BackerKit through to the Pledge Manager
  • Develop strong working knowledge of our product, acting as an advisor and educator for backers and creators
  • Develop a deep understanding of backers' needs and take pride in providing them with a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries to improve internal processes and documentation, collaborating with the Creator Success team to reduce common issues
  • Provide insights to the product team by sharing feedback from backers and creators on their experience and feature requests
  • Constantly find ways to improve the support process and help define it
  • Get to know the users. Everyone at BackerKit is customer-facing, and we expect everyone to get to know the creators we are serving (plus, they are awesome, just like you)
