Summary

Join CoreWeave, a leading AI hyperscaler, as a Bare Metal Technical Program Manager. You will lead technical oversight, delivery, and optimization of customer support programs for top generative AI clients using dedicated GPU servers. This role requires supporting clients, partnering with internal teams, engaging with engineering for technical requirements, and collaborating with the Customer Experience organization. You will orchestrate programs, serve as an escalation point for operations engineers, build processes and procedures with clients, and foster collaboration among various teams. The position demands strong technical program management skills, experience with complex projects, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects and programs from initiation to completion at scale, preferably for a major tech company or startup
  • The agility to navigate and excel in a fast-evolving landscape, with the ability to adjust strategies in response to shifting priorities and demands
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, Kanban/Agile methodologies)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to convey multi-faceted plans and technical information clearly and concisely internally and externally
  • The ability to juggle multiple domains and contexts while maintaining clear priorities
  • Eagerness to learn about the GPU/server hardware/generative AI space
  • Familiar with the essential components of modern computers, virtual machines and hypervisors, networking, and cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate a program that asks you to put on both your operations hat and technical hat to solve problems facing the world’s largest supercomputing fleets
  • Serve as an escalation point for process, program, and procedure to our operations engineers
  • Build processes, procedures, and programs with our clients to ensure structure, scope, and responsibilities are covered
  • Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate program requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with critical objectives
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among various teams, including engineering product management, operations, and business development, to ensure alignment and successful program execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvement initiatives based on data insights
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align program objectives and secure necessary resources and support
  • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the program and proactively communicate to relevant stakeholders in order to drive resolutions and minimize impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in NVIDIA GPUs, Servers, Data Centers, Linux, and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Experience in Jira, Supercomputing, and bare metal fleets is a plus
