Requirements

• ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic environment
• Warm and engaging coaching style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals

Responsibilities

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Maintain your appointment availability and close all clinical notes in a timely manner
• Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. where you will have a private location to conduct sessions
• Assist in completing comprehensive behavioral assessments
• Provide evidence-based coaching interventions, utilizing foundations of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic methods from Bend’s model and curriculum
