Requirements

• Masters degree in a psychology-related field or Bachelor's degree and NBC-HWC, ICF, or NCHEC certification
• 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting
• 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized coaching through video sessions and asynchronous chat using our digital tools
• Support multidisciplinary care teams by bridging communication between families and providers
• Assist members by customizing content available on the app and navigate members to different services when they are ready
• Collaborate with others at Brightline to develop and implement new workshops, webinars, and content

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital health coaching is a plus
• Eagerness to learn evidence-based behavior change approaches
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to change
• Comfort with technology and embracing diversity
• Experience working with groups
• Experience working with parents and caregivers

• The target range for this position is $42,000 - $67,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including certifications, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations
