Behavioral Health Coach

Summary

The job is for a Behavioral Health Coach at Brightline who will partner with caregivers, children, and teens to deliver outstanding care via video sessions and asynchronous chat. The coach will also support families in clinical services, help members navigate content on the app, and develop and deliver education through workshops, group classes, and new content development.

Requirements

• Masters degree in a psychology related field
• 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting
• 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families
• Experience with child and family focused CBT, motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting

• Multidisciplinary care team support

• Group educators

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital health coaching (this is a great plus!)
• Eager to learn and develop competencies in delivering evidence-based behavior change approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex topics in age appropriate and digestible formats
• Adaptable and comfortable with change; able to adapt to technological developments quickly (high proficiency)
• Culturally responsive; open to and capable of working with diverse populations and perspectives
• Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback
