Summary

Join MediTelecare, the nation's leading telemedicine provider, as a full-time BHI Support Specialist! This role supports the ancillary program manager in Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) tasks, ensuring timely completion of interventions for approximately 400-450 patients monthly. You will report issues to management, assist with employee training, and provide support to newer team members. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in healthcare technologies, and excellent communication abilities. A valid driver's license is necessary. Requirements

  • High level of organizational skills and proven follow up ability
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare technologies including but, not limited to: using Electronic Health Record Systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and internet/cloud based applications
  • Ability to communicate with facility staff, colleagues and subordinates effectively and professionally
  • High level of organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

Responsibilities

  • Complete BHI tasks as assigned to ensure all interventions are completed each month (approximately 400-450 patients)
  • Report any issues directly to the ancillary program manager and/or Chief Informatics/Compliance Officer when applicable
  • Aid with additional employee trainings as necessary/provide support to newer employees that may need additional assistance via “shadowing.”
