Requirements

  • Proactive and results-oriented, adept at handling and improving imperfect data sets to derive actionable insights
  • Fluent in SQL, enabling seamless data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with or understanding of dbt and its essential role in data transformation
  • Hands-on problem solver, taking initiative to tackle challenges and drive projects forward
  • Skilled in data visualization tools, creating clear and compelling visuals for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate complex data insights into understandable language
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage dashboards and reports for coaching performance, financial reporting, and global metrics
  • Create clear and informative data visualizations, charts, and dashboards for internal teams
  • Develop and maintain clean data models in dbt to support the enterprise data model and facilitate self-service reporting
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights for business growth
  • Prepare analytical reports and insights for senior management decision-making
  • Contribute to transformation projects to achieve significant improvements
  • Follow and suggest improvements to standardisation, best practices, and self-service practices within the BI team
  • Collaborate with Business, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders
