Leverage your analytical skills to perform end-to-end analysis on data, collaborate with team members, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Requires at least 3 years of work experience in analytics, strong SQL skills, statistical ability, and experience in data wrangling and visualization.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of work experience in analytics required
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Strong knowledge of Excel calculations and visualizations
• Strong SQL skills, experience of querying large datasets
• Strong statistical ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Experience of data wrangling and data visualization

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end analysis on data in tabular format or natural language
• Independently find problems, architect solutions and conduct analysis
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and data engineers, in an Agile and technology-driven environment
• Support senior data analyst and data scientists with data processing
• Generate internal data reports
• Present in front of stakeholders including senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Desire and ability to build trust with business stakeholders, manage the relationship and socialize insights effectively
• Be able to communicate analytical insights with a variety of business stakeholders across different technical levels (including senior leaders)
• Self-motivated and be able to work independently
• Be able to work towards deadline
• Experience of data visualization software (e.g., Looker & Power BI)
• Experience of generating automatic Power BI reports
• Experience with ETL processing
• Experience in Python
• Experience of cloud (AWS preferred)
• Experience in Quality or Risk Adjustment
• Experience in healthcare data
• Ability to design and optimize data models
