Bi Strategist

Summary

Join Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, as a Marketing Analyst and leverage your data analysis and reporting skills to drive client success. You will build automated reports, identify performance insights, and optimize dashboards using tools like Looker and Looker Studio. This role requires strong data visualization skills, proficiency in R or Python and SQL, and experience with ETL tools. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
• Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel
• Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL
• Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of statistical concepts like regression modeling, test/control analysis, etc
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Build automated reports for eComm, B2B, and B2C with performance for all marketing channels based on client needs and our recommendations
• Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement
• Assist in data engineering projects facilitating data environments for front end reporting
• Ability to simplify and present findings eloquently
• Consistently drive efficiencies within the current reporting & insights processes
• Integrating better solutions for DataStudio, nova, and other performance reporting tools and processes
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
• Maintain regular, clear, and concise communication with both internal teams and clients. Provide frequent updates on project status, proactively address potential issues, and manage expectations regarding deliverables and timelines
• Consistently work on improving data integration processes and maintaining high data quality across all BI systems. This involves collaborating closely with data engineering teams, implementing robust ETL processes, and establishing rigorous data validation protocols
• Constantly seek ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BI tools and processes. This includes optimizing dashboard performance, streamlining reporting processes, and staying updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices
