Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of implicit bias, discrimination, and equity principles
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis of bias in systems
• Familiarity with inclusive design principles and ethical technology practices
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to identify and reduce biases in organizational processes, including hiring, AI models, and decision-making systems
• Conduct audits of existing processes to detect potential bias
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement training and education programs focused on bias mitigation
• Research and recommend best practices for equity and inclusion
• Design frameworks for monitoring the long-term effectiveness of bias mitigation efforts
• Prepare reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations
