Tech Program Manager

Summary

Join RYZ Labs as a Tech Program Manager to lead the ChatGPT Enterprise rollout for a global digital sports platform. This remote position based in Argentina involves managing a multi-phase program impacting 200+ users. You will manage a team of analysts, facilitate trainings, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Requirements

• Proven experience managing technology programs at an enterprise scale, with a focus on user adoption and change management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders
• Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, and large-scale user engagement sessions
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of the ChatGPT Enterprise rollout program, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
• Partner with senior leaders and business units to align the rollout with business objectives and priorities
• Manage and support GPT Analysts in building and deploying custom GPTs to meet business needs across different functions
• Develop and deliver high-quality communication materials, including progress reports, presentations, and executive updates
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and “show and tell” demonstrations to promote understanding and effective use of ChatGPT solutions
• Build and maintain a repository of best practices, user guides, and FAQs to support ongoing learning and knowledge sharing
• Drive user adoption by implementing effective change management strategies, gathering user feedback, and iterating based on lessons learned
• Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the success and impact of the program

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ChatGPT Enterprise or similar AI tools and their business applications
• Experience working in digital transformation or enterprise tech deployment programs
• Background in business process improvement, automation, or AI-driven solutions
• Knowledge of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, or similar)
