Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist

Summary

Join Rightway's PBM Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Pharmacist and provide personalized medication guidance to members through phone, email, and chat. This role is crucial in managing pharmacy spend and making medications more affordable and accessible. You will conduct drug utilization reviews, collaborate with providers on medication therapy recommendations, and contribute to clinical policy development. You will also support prior authorization reviews, partner with the Navigation team for holistic member support, and participate in developing scalable clinical pharmacy operations. Requirements

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• 3+ years experience in PBM, retail pharmacy, health plan, or medication therapy management
• Active pharmacy license in state of residence (multiple state licenses preferred)
• Located in Pacific or Mountain time zone
• Empathetic and detail-oriented
• Strong clinical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Adaptable and innovative mindset
• Customer service-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level medication and disease state management support to members via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and comprehensive medication reviews
• Collaborate with providers on medication therapy recommendations and formulary compliance
• Contribute to Pharmacy & Therapeutics processes and clinical policy development
• Support prior authorization reviews
• Partner with Navigation team for holistic member support
• Participate in developing scalable clinical pharmacy operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Managed Care or pharmacy residency
• Multi-state pharmacy licenses or willingness to obtain them

Benefits

• BASE SALARY: $120-$125K
• Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location
