Join Booksy as a Bilingual Customer Success Onboarding Advisor and guide new providers to achieve their first five+ bookings within 30 days. You will own the onboarding experience, proactively contacting providers via phone, email, and SMS. Success in this role demands proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar high-touch service environment with technology/SaaS companies. Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, Sales and/or a high-touch service environment with technology/SaaS companies
• Experience reaching out proactively via phone, email, and SMS to drive activation milestones
• The ability to combine technical know-how with empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
• A proactive, go-getter mindset, with a knack for identifying and solving problems
• Strong objection-handling and value-selling skills, with a focus on achieving results
• Bilingual fluency required

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for new providers in both English and Spanish
• Executing a proactive call and contact strategy to maximize reach and engagement with newly signed providers
• Deliver expert-level guidance on application functionality, helping users get the most out of the platform
