Summary

Keeper is hiring a Bilingual (French) Implementation Training Specialist for their expanding team in Ireland. This hybrid/remote role involves delivering training programs to educate customers and partners about Keeper services, designing new training modules, and ensuring consistent updates to best practices. The candidate should have 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
  • Bilingual fluency, ability to write, read, and speak both English and French

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using our products and can maximize their benefits while tailoring training content to different audience types and skill levels
  • Help create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources to facilitate learning
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars virtually, providing guidance on software usage, customization, and optimization
  • Engage with customers to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve Keeper training programs and materials. Offer post-training support and follow-up sessions to address questions, provide clarifications, ensure successful adoption and gather feedback to improve the functionality and usability of our solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communication to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each training
  • Maintain an organized repository of training materials and resources for easy access and reference. Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and insights gained from training sessions, aiding in product enhancements and customer support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in SaaS deployment with security software experience preferred
  • Basic Salesforce experience is ideal
