Join CSC Generation Enterprise as a Senior Instructional Designer and lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs for customer service teams. You will create engaging, bilingual (English/Spanish) learning content, conduct webinars, and facilitate live training sessions. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training materials align with company goals. Utilize instructional design tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and graphic design software. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content. Develop customized training solutions and mentor junior designers. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accurate training records. This role requires strong instructional design and project management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development, with a focus on e-learning and live training delivery in a bilingual environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proven experience designing and facilitating complex training programs for large teams, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple training projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and performance-based training approaches
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced training programs, including e-learning courses, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and interactive content for customer service teams
- Conduct live training sessions and webinars, delivering impactful training to bilingual teams (English/Spanish)
- Collaborate with department heads, managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals
- Utilize instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and graphic design software to create visually engaging and interactive learning materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve the content based on data-driven insights
- Develop customized training solutions for specific teams or functions within the call center to meet performance targets
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior instructional designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training content across the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instructional design to enhance training programs
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of training initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, materials, and employee progress, ensuring compliance with company standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading training initiatives in a customer service or call center environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt training based on performance metrics
- Experience mentoring or managing junior instructional designers
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve training and business objectives
