Summary

Requirements

• Master's degree (or higher) in a technical field such as computer science, finance, mathematics
• 10+ years of crypto experience
• 5+ years of experience in the crypto/blockchain industry and relevant job experience

Responsibilities

• Create research frameworks
• Write and publish clear, structured research reports
• Guide the team to ensure efficient execution of research tasks
• Provide data analysis and industry insights to support business decisions
• Communicate research findings effectively in internal meetings or presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web3 project development
• Specialized report writing and project analysis experience
• Experience in a crypto investment institution or department
• Excellent English language skills, with overseas study and work experience
• Basic coding abilities (SQL/Python) and data analysis skills, with experience using Dune/Glassnode/Nansen etc. blockchain data tools
• Rich report writing experience and public speaking skills
