Summary

Join Sahara AI, a decentralized AI blockchain platform, and lead global community growth and engagement. Build and implement community strategies to drive product adoption and increase membership. Design and develop global programs, including the Ambassador Program. Organize and host events to deepen engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to define audiences and conduct competitive research. Monitor and analyze community metrics to refine strategies. Develop and execute a content calendar. Build and lead a global team of Community Managers, Moderators, and Ambassadors. Collaborate with third parties and leadership to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a Community Management role, 3+ years managing a global team
  • Strong experience growing Web3 communities, and is β€˜plugged in’ to Web3 and AI trends and space
  • Expertise managing community platforms (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, etc.)
  • Ability to tailor community strategies for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience building performance and operational systems and tools to manage and support a global team

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead community growth and engagement strategies and initiatives to drive product adoption and usage, increase membership and meaningful interaction, and develop culture
  • Lead global program design, development, and implementation; including but not limited to the Ambassador Program
  • Organize and host events such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community gatherings to deepen engagement
  • Work with internal teams to define audiences, and conduct competitive research to identify and adopt best practices in community management
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on community metrics to identify trends and refine strategies
  • Work with Content and Social to develop and execute a content calendar with creative posts, visuals, and videos that align with the Sahara brand voice and target audience
  • Build and lead a global team of Community Managers, Moderators, and Ambassadors
  • Collaborate with third parties, internal teams, and leadership to plan and ensure smooth execution of initiatives
