Requirements
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role is essential
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, client-focused approach
- Tech-savvy with the ability to effectively use communication and CRM tools such as Aircall and HubSpot
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively reach out to new leads generated through online campaigns, assess their needs, identify opportunities, and introduce them to the value of our services to determine the best fit
- Sales & Client Communication: Manage the progression of leads by addressing client questions and providing detailed information tailored to their needs. Guide clients through the decision-making process and ensure clear next steps are communicated to finalise their commitment
- Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Leverage scheduling software and CRM tools to book and manage client appointments seamlessly, ensuring an efficient and fluid process
- Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Engage with leads and clients after initial contact to ensure all their questions are answered, build rapport, and maintain a strong relationship throughout the process. Actively follow up to confirm appointments, address any lingering concerns, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and appointments in our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and streamlining future client communications
- Tech-Savvy Process Improvement : Continuously look for ways to improve client interaction processes using technology, whether it's through better use of CRM features, Aircall integrations, or exploring new tools to enhance the client experience
Preferred Qualifications
A background in the NDIS or Allied Health sector is advantageous
