Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience at a healthcare staffing agency (branch manager, regional manager, or equivalent)
  • Strong track record of managing high-volume recruitment, workforce placement, and branch-level operations
  • Exceptional leadership, team development, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with credentialing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and scheduling software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the corporate healthcare staffing branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence
  • Manage local teams including recruiters, account managers, and scheduling staff
  • Develop and track KPIs for performance, margin goals, fill rates, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with state/federal healthcare regulations and labor laws
  • Oversee branch financials including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets
  • Serve as the go-to staffing partner for franchise owners across the network
  • Design and implement scalable staffing solutions for franchisee support, including float pools, rapid deployment teams, and pipeline development
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting leadership to maintain a strong bench of credentialed healthcare professionals
  • Support franchisees with onboarding, compliance, credentialing, and workforce planning
  • Consult on staffing strategies for newly launched franchise locations or high-growth markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or Business (Master’s preferred)
  • Prior success scaling staffing support across geographically distributed teams or franchise models
  • Understanding of clinical licensure, onboarding, and Joint Commission standards
