Requirements

• Prior exposure to e-commerce, product development, or Brand Management
• Extreme attention to detail
• Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analysis tools (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at once, and adjust to shifting priorities without losing focus
• You take full responsibility for tasks, follow through without being pushed, and ensure things get done
• You welcome constructive criticism and use it to get better

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and refine existing ones
• Coordinate with external creators and internal teams to develop high-quality projects, ensuring clear instructions, content is polished, and the overall experience is continuously enhanced
• Identifying trends in feedback and developing action plans to implement improvements
• Keeping a pulse on industry trends, generating fresh ideas, and identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings
• Assisting with product-related inquiries and engaging with online brand communities
• Assisting in executing marketing initiatives, sourcing creative content, and contributing to product storytelling
