Join our team as a Marketplace Account Support Specialist to assist account executive teams in managing brand inquiries and follow up with sellers across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English
• Possess presentation skills and confidence with communications (written and verbal)
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with attention to detail
• Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities

• Assist account executive to build relationships with the assigned brands
• Support onboarding and incubation of new apparel brands
• Assist account executive in monitoring and driving the growth of the brands by actively following up
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
