Summary

Join ConnectOS, a top-rated Philippines employer, and work as a Platform Trainer for a dynamic Australian and New Zealand-based enterprise. This role involves designing and delivering training programs on Salestrekker 2.0, a residential mortgage broking platform. You will coach brokers individually and in groups, develop training resources, and act as a subject matter expert. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM PHT. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a mortgage broker, platform trainer, or CRM coach, understands Salestrekker 2.0, and possesses strong communication skills. A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a mortgage broker, platform trainer, or CRM coach within residential lending
  • Understanding of Salestrekker 2.0 (or similar equivalent platform offered by other aggregators) and its application in residential mortgage broking businesses
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for brokers
  • Ability to work autonomously as a contractor and manage your own schedule
  • Experience creating training resources (written, video, or interactive)
  • Comfortable with remote training technology and digital communication tools

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs (virtual and in-person) tailored to residential mortgage brokers, focusing on the full suite of Salestrekker 2.0 features and best practices for home loan origination and client management
  • Coach brokers one-on-one and in groups, ensuring they can efficiently use Salestrekker 2.0 for workflow automation, compliance, and client service in residential lending
  • Develop user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs to support ongoing learning and adoption of new Salestrekker 2.0 features
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing feedback to our team on broker challenges and platform improvement opportunities
  • Track and report on training outcomes, identifying further coaching needs
  • Deliver engaging, practical training sessions that address brokers’ real-world challenges in residential lending
  • Guide brokers through Salestrekker 2.0’s automation, workflow, and client management tools, with a focus on residential mortgage processes
  • Support brokers in configuring lender settings and compliance workflows for residential loans
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide actionable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent
