Summary
Join BambooHR as their first Broker Program Manager and play a crucial role in managing and expanding their health insurance broker partner program. You will obtain and maintain insurance producer licenses, serve as the Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP), and manage relationships with partner broker institutions. Responsibilities include developing enablement programs, coordinating with marketing, supporting sales and CX teams, monitoring program performance, and aligning program goals with company objectives. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the health insurance industry, valid health insurance producer licenses, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in partnership management. Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in the health insurance industry, directly working for or with brokers
- Valid health insurance producer licenses, preferably in the state of Utah and other states
- Strong organizational skills and aptitude for program management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in partnerships and partner program management
Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain insurance producer licenses across the country
- Serve as the Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) for BambooHR
- Ensure individual and company compliance requirements are met
- Manage the broker partner program focused on referring BambooHR clients and prospects to partner broker institutions
- Develop and implement enablement and training programs for BambooHR team members, giving our sales and CX teams access to the knowledge and resources they need to successfully refer clients to appropriate broker partners
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns related to the broker partner program
- Support BambooHR sales and CX team members in conversations where clients have specific insurance questions
- Manage relationships with broker partners to ensure accurate reporting and a great customer experience
- Monitor and report on program performance and growth
- Work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to align program goals with company objectives
- Measure success by the growth of the program and revenue resulting from these efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- You are currently a licensed insurance producer in the state of Utah
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing broker programs and driving growth
- You are proactive and take initiative in identifying opportunities for program improvement
