Brokerage Manager

Summary

The job involves outbound activities to source new advisors, understanding their case design objectives, providing relevant recommendations, tracking opportunities, and onboarding new advisors. The candidate should have strong communication skills, life insurance brokerage experience, excellent relationship building and negotiating skills, superior problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. The base salary range is $65,000-$85,000 with an OTE of $150,000.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Life insurance brokerage experience is required
• Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills
• Superior problem-solver
• Strong phone and computer skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with Winflex

Responsibilities

• Outbound activities to source new advisors
• Understand advisor’s case design objectives and provide relevant recommendations
• Track advisor opportunities in company CRM and follow-up for applications
• Onboard new advisors
• Aid advisors in submitting business

Benefits

• $65,000 - $85,000 a year base salary range
• OTE is $150,000
