Summary

Join Marcus&Millichap's Sales Internship Program as an inexperienced sales professional and learn the fundamentals of investment sales brokerage through hands-on training, transactional mentorship, and constant coaching. This is a full-time, non-exempt position in the office.

Requirements

  • College graduates
  • Strong sales skills
  • A real estate license in the state of Florida

Responsibilities

  • Complete marketing, analytical, and administrative tasks while gaining industry expertise
  • Apply Marcus & Millichap's value proposition at stages of the brokerage continuum
  • Achieve fluency in Marcus & Millichap's proprietary software and industry programs
  • Develop and build client databases and referral networks
  • Perform underwriting and analysis of commercial properties to create effective marketing proposals
  • Successfully communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and all other parties involved in a commercial real estate transaction
  • Develop confidence in cold calling, networking, and building productive relationships
  • Sharpen negotiation, strategy, and transactional management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Desire to be entrepreneurial salespeople and compensated on a commission basis
