This role requires a strong background in software development and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. You will work closely with development teams, define user stories, manage project timelines, and ensure solutions meet business needs. You will also facilitate communication between stakeholders and participate in agile ceremonies. We are looking for someone who can articulate business needs, define requirements, and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Have a strong background in software development projects
• Be able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Have skills in Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, and English

Responsibilities

• Articulate business needs and product requirements
• Define and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Define acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Assist in backlog refinement based on prioritization of user stories
• Be responsible for the creation of project plans and timelines, tracking action item progress and reporting to ITBP
• Validate that the solution developed is according to what was requested and meets the business requirements
• Organize for UAT with business, assist in creating test cases, performing preliminary UAT, provide UAT training, assist in UAT defect reporting and retesting arrangement for business
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, ITBP and technical teams
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor, IT Business Partner Manager
