Summary

Join Natera as a Business Analyst, AI & Automation, where you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for leveraging workflow automation tools and AI capabilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of business analyst, operations manager, or like role
  • Experience using AI tools such as LLM or GenAI, RPA tools, or workflow automation platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of core machine learning algorithms and AI principles
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets to derive valuable insights for informed decision-making
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep enthusiasm for AI and machine learning
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding goals
  • Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated, and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
  • Have a strong desire to work in a fast paced environment and must work independently with an internal drive to be successful
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize
  • Technologically proficient with a strong enthusiasm for cutting-edge and high-quality digital products
  • Experienced in gathering requirements, stakeholder management, developing use cases and user stories

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to identify additional use cases for automation or AI tools
  • Play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI and automation solutions to streamline business processes
  • Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for automation or AI
  • Develop and deploy solutions using available automation and AI tools
  • Enhance existing automation scripts for improved efficiency and reliability
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented automation solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes and procedures
  • Train and mentor team members on automation tools and best practices
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and recommend improvements for optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in process automation to drive innovation
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges in the automation journey
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on automation initiatives across departments
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to automation efforts
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization
