Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies
- Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops
- Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and specifications
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure project alignment
- Assist in the design of solutions by providing insights from business analysis
- Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of requirements
- Monitor project progress and support implementation efforts
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and assist in training and documentation efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile frameworks and tools
- Technical understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
