Business Analyst

This role supports the implementation of a new Target Operating Model for ledger and reporting platforms within the Wholesale workstream. You will standardize processes, ensure global alignment, produce reports, analyze specifications, and collaborate with various teams. Requirements

• Extensive experience in Change Management/Target Operating Model in finance
• Experience of large-scale systems implementation projects in a Banking / Finance environment
• Experience of defining and implementing process
• Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to clarify and translate the business needs into requirements
• Ability to work in large teams across multiple locations
• Able to work in agile environment

Responsibilities

• Support Target Operating Model by understanding and document end to end processes
• Standardize the process by suggesting the best practices and appropriate design
• Ensuring local alignment with other global Finance programs, processes
• Producing reporting/dashboards as required to report status, plan, risks and issues
• Analysis of process and business specification and ensuring they are appropriately considered and delivered on time
• Ensuring process, controls and architectures are aligned and simplified
• Support in designing Target Operating Model in area of Finance
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams to confirm data attributes, design solutions, and manage project delivery
