Business Analyst

Join our team as a Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Payments! You will gather requirements, articulate acceptance criteria, and scope new projects. Your responsibilities include documenting functional and non-functional requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business/IT requirements into user stories and tasks. You will need expertise in payments domain, SWIFTMT/MX payments, and interfacing/API requirements. Experience with ISO15022 and ISO20022 messages is crucial. Collaboration with various stakeholders and system/functional testing are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Overall experience of 7+ years
• Must have experience in Business Analysis
• Good in Payments Domain and process flow
• Should have hands on experience on ISO15022 and ISO20022 messages
• Exposure on interfacing and API requirements
• SDLC and Agile ways of working

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and acceptance criteria articulation and scoping new projects
• Document Functional and NFRs
• Facilitate workshops and assessing
• Translate understanding of the business/IT requirements to Epics, user stories and tasks and to create effective and innovative business solutions
• Undertaking system testing and Functional testing
• Project process understanding with estimation
• Collaborate with management, Business teams, development and other stakeholders and document decision support needs

• Confluence, JIRA, SQL basics knowhow
