Summary

Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in a functional or IT department within the retail industry, specifically in planning and allocation processes
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandise allocation
- Hands-on experience with retail-specific software tools such as Anaplan, Blue Yonder Allocation Tool, or similar
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project tracking tools such as JIRA
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and present findings
- Experience in writing detailed business requirements and developing business rules
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required for communication with international teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Analyze data, market trends, and customer pain points to generate actionable insights
- Write business requirements and develop business rules that align with project and organizational goals
- Support the implementation of planning and allocation systems (e.g., Anaplan, Blue Yonder)
- Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure proper translation of business needs into functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups using tools like JIRA
- Assist in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support
- Continuously improve documentation and workflows related to retail processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Anaplan Model Builder experience or certification
- Experience working with multinational retail organizations or large-scale system implementations
- Background in data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
