Summary

Love, Bonito is a female-led company expanding globally, seeking a Business Analyst for their Jakarta team. The role involves defining performance metrics, creating dashboards, conducting performance reviews, analyzing data sets, managing analytics projects, and being a data champion. Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 3 years of experience in the consumer industry.

Requirements

• BA/BS or Master's degree with an emphasis on quantitative coursework
• Up to maximum 3-years of experience or fresh graduates with internship experience
• Data Analytics: Experience with SQL and Python
• Data Analytics: Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau and Metabase

Responsibilities

• Help define performance metrics, targets and ensure alignment across the company
• Design, build and maintain user-friendly dashboards for tracking OKRs
• Conduct performance reviews within the Strategic Finance team to evaluate business health
• Deep-dive to analyze large data sets, interpret patterns, and highlight business opportunities areas of weaknesses
• Manage analytics projects from ideation to delivery involving multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with website tracking is a plus
