Requirements

  • Be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our engineering and product development teams by facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities
  • Work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers
  • Support: Experience working within a customer support environment in a technical role, fielding and responding to technical and non-technical issues
  • Create training materials, both for end users and the helpdesk staff, to provide a deeper understanding of the system's features and functionality
  • Develop a self-service knowledge base on SharePoint that includes step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to help users troubleshoot common issues
  • Effectively liaison between users and engineering
  • Experience writing onboarding materials, SOPs, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
  • Ability to think strategically and frame problems in clear approachable language and writing, directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
