Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Business Analyst and lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization processes. Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a digital or software-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid experience in Agile product development and requirement engineering
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and effective priority management
• Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering processes with clients and stakeholders
• Document and prioritize requests, evaluating their feasibility and business value
• Assist in specifying requirements and creating solution proposals that align with IT standards
• Work closely with product managers, developers, project teams, and clients to ensure seamless integration of requirements into Agile workflows
• Coordinate between second and third-level support for effective problem management
• Oversee testing processes to verify results and ensure quality
• Drive improvements in business analysis practices and propose process enhancements
• Support data modernization initiatives and promote data awareness across the organization
• Identify, investigate, and resolve potential issues to ensure smooth project execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform)
• Technical understanding of Webservices and XML
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German
