Requirements

  • Be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our engineering and product development teams by facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities
  • Work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers
  • Liaison between product teams, internal users, and engineers to lead issue resolution, provide business and technical advice, and deliver consistent, high-quality support
  • Create training materials, reset passwords, triage requests, and escalate issues to enhance CX, promote data awareness, and increase use of data assets
  • Deliver excellent customer service, give technical advice & top tier support
  • Develop high quality training materials
  • Develop a self-service knowledge base on SharePoint that includes step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to help users troubleshoot common issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HCD
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
  • A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
