Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements gathering for Web3 and blockchain payment solution vendors
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, successfully managing client interactions and expectations
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable technical insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in developing workflows, process maps, and use cases
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business needs and technical requirements for blockchain payment solutions
• Utilize structured methodologies (e.g., interviews, workshops, stakeholder meetings) to elicit detailed requirements
• Serve as a key technical liaison for customers, building trust and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on project goals
• Gather and address client feedback to refine solutions and processes
• Provide support for client needs after the sales cycle, extending beyond go-live
• Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that delivered solutions align with customer expectations and organizational goals
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Documents, use cases, workflows, process diagrams)
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Stay informed about Web3 and blockchain payment trends to guide decision-making and contribute to innovative solutions
