Business Analyst

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in business analysis or a similar role, with a focus on delivering process improvements and effective solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and making data-driven recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and business analysis tools like JIRA or Trello
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders
• High level of attention to detail in documenting requirements, creating reports, and managing project timelines and priorities
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies, and adapt to changing business needs
• Ability to think critically and creatively, identifying innovative solutions to complex business challenges

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency across departments
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment with requirements and objectives
• Use data analytics to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly
• Facilitate smooth implementation of new systems or processes by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Identify potential risks and issues in projects, proactively addressing them to minimize impact and ensure project success
