Summary
Join Shared Health as an RFR BA-425 Business Analyst in Winnipeg, Manitoba with a remote option. This 1-year contract (with possible extension) requires extensive experience in business analysis, organizational change management, and healthcare. You will lead teams, facilitate workshops, and develop models for operational service delivery. Strong Excel skills and experience supporting Indigenous/First Nations projects are essential. Proof of Indigenous Cultural Safety training and Technical Writing certification is required.
Requirements
- Have 10 years' experience performing business analysis
- Have 5 years' experience facilitating organizational capability redesign activities and workshops
- Have 5 years' experience leading teams of analysts and consultants and managing projects
- Have 5 years' experience in excel working with data to create pivot tables and charts
- Have 3 years' experience in an analyst role supporting organizational change management planning and activities
- Have 3 years' experience performing analysis and implementing change in a healthcare environment
- Have 3 years' experience as a business analyst supporting Indigenous / First Nations projects or operations in a healthcare environment
- Possess strong writing experience and skills
- Complete Indigenous Cultural Safety training
- Obtain Technical Writing certification
Responsibilities
- Develop models for operational service delivery and synthesize findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making
- Consolidate stakeholder input with data analysis
- Present findings to leadership teams
- Develop future state models
- Perform gap analyses
- Develop transition plans for future state models
- Facilitate organizational capability redesign activities and workshops to improve system efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop recommendations
- Conduct reviews with stakeholders
- Obtain approval with executives and senior leadership in the organization
- Lead teams of analysts and consultants and manage projects, including strategy and detailed project planning
- Plan and coordinate analysis activities
- Develop project plans
- Work with data to create pivot tables and charts using worksheets data and external resources
- Modify pivot tables
- Sort items
- Group data
- Refresh and format pivot tables
- Support organizational change management planning and activities
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments
- Perform stakeholder analysis
- Develop organizational change management plans
- Develop content, including presentations, reports, training material, websites and communications
