Join Shared Health as an RFR BA-428 Business Analyst in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with a remote option. This one-year contract, potentially extendable, requires extensive experience in managing complex facility and equipment requirements within healthcare. The role demands expertise in developing technical specifications, procurement strategies, and project management within a healthcare setting. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years' experience managing complex facility and equipment requirements and 5 years' experience in each of the following areas: hospital materials management, biomedical technology, developing technical specifications and procurement strategies, project management, and equipment procurement processes. Lean Six Sigma training and a CPA or other accounting designation are required. Proof of qualifications is requested.

Requirements

• Possess a CPA or other accounting designation
• Have Lean Six Sigma training
• Have 10 years' experience managing complex facility and equipment requirements and recommending solutions. Provide at least 3 examples, one in a healthcare setting, with durations totaling at least 10 years
• Have 5 years' hospital experience as a Materials Manager, Biomedical Technologist, Biomedical Engineer, or Clinical Engineer, including defining equipment requirements, specifications, and standards. Provide at least 1 example with a duration totaling at least 5 years
• Have 5 years' experience developing detailed technical specifications and procurement strategies for the tender & procurement of clinical or non-clinical equipment. Provide at least 1 example with a duration totaling at least 5 years
• Have 5 years' experience in project management and project control in a complex health care setting, including setting and managing priorities, developing management procedures, and establishing and managing to standards. Provide at least 1 example with a duration totaling at least 5 years
• Have 5 years' experience with the procurement, contracting, and management of equipment procurement processes. Provide at least 1 example with a duration totaling at least 5 years
