Summary

Join Shared Health as an RFR BA-467 Business Analyst in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with a remote option. This 1-year contract (with possible extension) requires extensive experience in business analysis, particularly within healthcare IT. You will be responsible for requirements elicitation, system implementation, HL7 integration testing, and organizational change management. The role demands significant experience with healthcare information systems, client registries, and BI reporting. Requirements

• Have 10 years' experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Document customer requirements and business processes and identify capability gaps
• Have 7 years' experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting
• Have 5 years' experience performing analysis and testing on integration of healthcare information systems using the HL7 (Health Level 7) standard. Review rejected HL7 messages for data issues
• Have 5 years' experience working with provincial healthcare client registry solutions including analysis of integration with other healthcare information systems and testing of the registry solution. Include at least 1 example of integration with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) used in ambulatory care settings
• Have 6 years' experience testing information systems including developing test plans and test scripts, and executing system and user acceptance testing. Include at least 1 example of testing of a healthcare information system and its integration
• Have 1 year of experience providing organizational change management (OCM) services including developing training materials and delivering training and demos virtually. Deliver train-the-trainer curriculum
• Have 3 years' experience developing and testing Business Intelligence (BI) reports derived from application data
