This 12+ month remote position in Raleigh, NC requires a senior-level expert to lead business analysis from concept to implementation. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, test planning and execution, development of project deliverables, and project management support. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in business analysis, requirements management, and testing, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• Business Analysis experience of 7 years
• Requirements Management experience of 7 years
• Testing Planning and Testing Execution Management experience of 7 years

Responsibilities

• Manage business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution
• Identify and document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities
• Collect, organize, and analyze data
• Complete analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities
• Conduct interviews to gather business requirements
• Conduct industry, competitive and State analyses (strategic, financial, operational), business case development, as well as market research for benchmarking
• Support required system go-live activities, including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, logistics management, etc
• Support change management and communications programs and activities
• Perform PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Process Modeling experience of 3 years
• PMP-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification of 2 years
